Nowwwww THANK ME!!!

This con was amazing. Completely insane and amazing.

I got to make my Conly(yearly sometimes) trip to the VideoGamesNeyYork booth, they're an import/retro game store that I really love, and since I've shopped there whenever I know they're at a con one of the guys pretty much always remembers me.(I bought ouendan 1+2 from these guys)

I saw two awesome panels, a ghost hunters one with the two guys who started TAPS and the host of another sci-fi channel show(Hunting for the truth o something like that).

Then the big event, the event that made my whole weekend worth while, a VENTURE BROS. PANEL. I swear I couldn't stop laughing, it was Doc Hammer, Jackson Publick, Michael Sinterniklaas and James Urbaniak. There was a kickass Season 3 preview and a great Q&A. I definately went home happy that evening.

I also got a bunch of swag, A Solid Snake and Olga MGS2 figures, a Leon Kennedy RE4 figure but in his original Stars Uniform, The Tall Man from Phantasm(that's only awesome if you've seen that unintentionally ridiculous movie), and 2 free figures, a reaver from Serenity and A small Batman figure. I got SE7EN the Graphic novel, Oldboy vol. 1(manga the movie was based off of) and Shonan Junai Gumi vol 6. I also got 3 shirts, a pulp fiction shirt, Army of Darkness and a Jenova's Witness Shirt(if you don't know what I mean, [link] ). I also got a signed print from the Artist of the webcomic Staccato, the 100 Kirby's poster signed by Scott Ramsoomair(with a little sketch on the back) and since there was nothing I could tell was drawn by Dave of Snafu I asked him to sign a Business card. I'm gonna try and get them on my wall soon enough...

I'll put up some pics of me and my friends' journey once my friend sends me the photos.

And now for my new thing. It seems that not enough ppl out there know about Sam Rami's Evil Dead series, so from now on every journal will be accompanied by either a pic from one of the three movies or a video. Here's the first one
